When you purchase our very own Shady Lady Range, your products are backed with an industry standard 2 year manufacturing warranty and 5 year UV warranty. Each panel is made from high-quality components to ensure strength, durability and long term outdoor performance.

• Heavy-duty material 340gsm shade cloth fabric with 5 year UV protection.
• HDPE Knitted fabric - allows for air flow while providing protection and coverage.
• 38mm heavy duty black perimeter webbing.
• Industrial UV stabilised thread.
• Strong brass eyelets ensure secure fastening for Australian weather conditions.
• High sun block, offering 95% shade help reduce sun exposure.

How can I clean my shade panel?

• Use a mild dishwashing liquid mixed with water
• Gently scrub with a soft brush
• Rinse with a low-pressure hose
• Do not use high-pressure water, solvent-based cleaners, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the fabric and reduce the lifespan of your panel.

Measurements of the shade panels are the actual finished size (+/- 2.5-5cm). They are manufactured with straight edges and perimeter eyelets.

Fixing Methods & Installation Flexibility

Our shade panels are designed with reinforced eyelets, allowing for a wide range of fixing methods depending on your specific application.

Common fixing options used by customers include:

• Rope or cord
• Elastic (shock) cord for flexible tensioning
• Stayput fasteners
• Tek screws or mechanical fixings

The fixing method selected will vary based on the installation surface, structure type, and whether flexibility or rigidity is required. As applications differ, fixings are not supplied, giving you the freedom to choose the most suitable solution for your setup.

Regardless of the method used, it is important that fixings are:

• Evenly spaced
• Securely fastened
• Installed to minimise excessive movement of the panel

Correct fixing selection and installation will help ensure optimal performance and longevity of your shade panel.

How will I receive my order?

We ship orders via Australia Post for domestic deliveries and Express Couriers International (ECI) for international orders. A signature is required on delivery to ensure your parcel arrives safely. If no one is available at the delivery address, Australia Post or ECI will leave a notification card with instructions on how to collect your parcel from the nearest post office or arrange redelivery.

Can I amend my order?

• As this is a made-to-order shade panel, changes can only be made before your order enters production.
• If you need to request an amendment, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing customerservice@theoutdoorshop.com.au with your order details, or call us on (02) 4326 1813 or 0401 844 741 during business hours.
• Once production has commenced, we are unable to make changes or cancellations, as each shade panel is custom manufactured specifically for your order.
