What is Keder?

Keder is a specialised edging made from two key components:

• PVC Core — an extruded, flexible PVC cord that provides structure and a secure fit.
• Coated Polyester Fabric — a heavy-duty wrap bonded to the core. The outer surface has exposed fibres to help the Keder slide smoothly into an extrusion (sail/rope track), while the inner surface is coated to ensure strong adhesion during welding.

Together they form a strong, flexible and low-friction track welting that slides effortlessly during installation.
