Delivered product is 2.4 x 3 x 3.6, so 2.4 length is too long to fit where required. No after sales service, don't reply to emails. Would not recommend doing business with the Shade Sail Shop.

We had a handy man install our shade sail and he had no problems what so ever. The sail has been very effective in cutting down the amount of heat coming into our kitchen/family room.
