Capacity depends on insulation thickness. For example, the maximum length of 15Amp extension lead is 22m but we recommend planning for no more than 15m of your own lead as the thickness varies from brand to brand.  If you are unsure you can use one of our larger units: Narrow Multi-Reel (1.5x capacity) or Original Multi-Reel (2x capacity).

All Flat Out hoses and Reels come with a 1 year repair/replacement warranty for manufacturing faults. Provision of warranty is subject to inspection of returned product. Proof of purchase is required to ascertain age of the product. If you bought directly from us we will have your details on file and can look you up. We also accept receipts from other retailers who have sold the product to you as proof. Under special circumstances we can provide discounts on replacement hoses/components if your product is out of warranty.
