The Shady Ladies shade sail warehouse is located on the Central Coast of NSW ships daily and all orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving payment.
Australian customers - Items are delivered by Australia Post with tracking and signature is required on delivery.
We ship from our warehouse from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Items are usually shipped within 24 hours and not later than 48 hours of receiving your payment. We do have a quick and reliable delivery service but times can sometimes vary depending on your locations. Please allow more time for remote deliveries. Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking details which you are then able to track online. Any issues with your delivery please contact us so we can look after it for you.
Free shipping to Australian customers - All our shade sail prices include shipping to most areas. In some cases, due to the high cost of shipping to some remote parts of Australia, a remote delivery fee will apply. The Outdoor Shop Australia Pty Ltd covers a percentage of the remote delivery charge, if your postcode falls within a remote area, remote postage fees will apply. Free shipping is offered to most areas of Australia.

Packages are calculated on weight in your cart so you can add or remove products to view postage without committing to buying. Please click the Estimated shipping & Tax link just under the subtotal and add your details for an accurate shipping price. (A list of remote postcodes can be found further down this page)
Please note - if remote postage charges do not appear upon checkout and you do indeed fall into the remote delivery areas, The Outdoor Shop Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to apply these charges.

We choose to ship with Australia Post. This service offers track and trace services as well as signature required upon delivery, adding an extra piece of mind. On the day of dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking details, which you can enter into the Australia Post website as highlighted below.
Returns / Exchange
Item/s must be returned in original condition, unused and packaging in good condition. On inspection, if items are used or otherwise marked or damaged we are unable to refund or exchange your product.
The Outdoor Shop Australia Pty Ltd will refund you the full purchase price of your item/s (less shipping) as long as the item/s are in the condition as stated above.
If you receive your shade sail and decide you require a different size or colour, you can exchange the item within 14 days of receiving it, given it has not been used and or marked or damaged. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions page for full details of our returns and exchange policy or download the form below and read carefully and fill out and return with your item.
If you have given authority for your purchase to be left outside your address, if it is delivered and you are not at home, this voids the shipping warranty. If your package shows as being delivered by Australia Post, and you claim your parcel never arrived, The Outdoor Shop Australia Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for these missing items. Please consider carefully before giving your authority to leave outside if the property is not secure.
