Please note there are delays due to the Coronavirus, shipping to NZ can be up to 3 Weeks.

Our warehouse on the Central Coast of NSW ships daily and all orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving payment.

We have great rates for New Zealand. Packages are calculated on weight in your cart so you can add or remove products to view postage without committing to buying. If you click into a product, then next to the price of the product is a delivery estimator box. Please enter your country for postage costs.

Please note to avoid paying duty your order including delivery needs to be under 250.00 NZ Dollars. We do not cover any duties so please check the link below of what may be payable.

Shipping and Returns

We choose to ship with Express Couriers International (ECI). This service is very fastvery affordable and fully trackable. Orders placed by 11 am NZ time is able to be dispatched by the Outdoor Shop Pty Ltd the same day. We are finding items are generally shipped overnight on the day we dispatch them and will be arriving within 3 working days.

On the day of dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking number which can be entered into the New Zealand post website with full visibility of where your parcel is at any one time.

Please note that no special delivery requests can be made on international orders. We can not ask that your parcel is left at your address without a signature on international consignments. 

All shipping costs will be calculated and visible to you upon checkout prior to finalizing your purchase.

Returns / Exchange/ Warranty

Due to the high cost of International shipping, The Outdoor Shop Australia Pty Ltd is unable to accept returns. Instead, we suggest to save you the cost of shipping the item back to us in Australia, that you on-sell the item yourself. This will work out a lot more cost-effective for you.

In the unlikely event, you receive your item/s and it has a fault, please report the defective product within 14 days of receiving the item.

We will ask that you send photos to us at [email protected] so we can quickly fix up any issues. In the event of receiving a faulty item, all costs will be covered by The Outdoor Shop Australia P/L to refund or replace the item.
