It gives a smooth even finish, with a gloss appearance. You can use it on both exterior and interior surfaces.

Timber - Bare timber should be sealed with the appropriate primer. Fibreglass - Should be sanded back to a solid surface and can be painted without a primer again, please try a small test patch first. Steel - Bare should be primed with Crystal Marine Red & Grey Phosphate Primer.
Aluminium - May be painted after sanding. Use an etch primer on bare aluminium. Coverage is approximately 9 -12 square metres per litre depending on the application.

As most boats have already been painted previously, we strongly recommend that you try a test patch first to check that your preparation is correct for the surface. If you don't know what has been applied before and it is best to check first.
