We ordered two triangular sails and accessories for our house in Brisbane. The pricing was well below what we could find locally. We were kept informed and updated on our prompt delivery from despatch to door. Quite evident as we unwrapped the well protected parcel just how much care is taken in the total process. The quality of the sails ( material, stitching etc ) and accessories was excellent. Self installed the week of arrival and all good as no slips off ladder. Have already recommended The Shade Sail Shop to family and friends. This process provides confidence in online ordering
